What personal data do we collect/store?

The information we collect from our clients helps us to personalize and continually improve your experience with us.
Below are the types of information we collect:

Information supplied by you: We collect and store information which you give us when creating an account or making a purchase such as your username, password, email address, name, surname, physical/shipping addresses and telephone numbers.
We do NOT store any of your credit/debit card information on our site as all payments are handled by 3rd parties such as PayFast, Zapper and by your bank in the case of EFT and direct bank transfers.

You can choose not to provide certain details to us but then you may not be able to take advantage of certain features we use when creating targeted marketing campaigns and birthday specials etc.

E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from B&B if your computer supports such capabilities.
If you do not want to receive any e-mails from us, please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences.

It is important that you also practice good internet safety by correctly logging off from any shared computers you’ve used whilst making any online purchases so that your personal/banking details don’t fall into the wrong hands.
