What shipping methods are available?

We only ship within the borders of South Africa and have chosen FastWay Couriers as our service provider of choice.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once you’ve entered your address and other details on our check-out page, our site will get in touch with FastWay and update your shipping costs and delivery time frame accordingly based on where you stay.
You will see a line on the check-out page which will tell you the approximate time period for your delivery and should look something like “FastWay – Satchel (1/2 to 1 days)” listed under the “Shipping” section.

Due to the nature of our setup, new orders will generally be shipped on the next business day, Monday to Friday.
If you happen to place your order on a Friday, your order will only be shipped on the following Monday.

Please allow for 1 – 2 days for delivery in Gauteng and approximately 3-4 days for deliveries outside of Gauteng.

How do I track my order?

Once your goodies have been packaged and sent out for delivery, we will update your order with your tracking number and an email will be sent to you to let you know.
You can then visit our order tracking page here to check out the progress of your package.
Simply enter your email address and order number into the corresponding input boxes to display your tracking information.

You can then click the tracking number on our page to view your package’s progress.

How do I get in touch if I have any queries or feedback?

Our preferred  method of contact is by email as this helps us keep a proper history of any communication with you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you will need to sign up with us before making a purchase.
Account creation is FREE and will give you access to special deals and discounts as time goes by.
We promise not to spam you with incessant emails unless we really feel it’s beneficial to you. You can always unsubscribe from our mailing list if you wish.

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns if you haven’t yet used the products and return them in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.
If you wish, a credit note/coupon can be created for you to use on a future purchase or the full amount deposited into your account minus any additional shipping charges which may arise as a result of your return. Please get in touch with us here and let us know which option you wish to choose.
