You will see a line on the check-out page which will tell you the approximate time period for your delivery and should look something like “FastWay – Satchel (1/2 to 1 days)” listed under the “Shipping” section.
Due to the nature of our setup, new orders will generally be shipped on the next business day, Monday to Friday.
If you happen to place your order on a Friday, your order will only be shipped on the following Monday.
Please allow for 1 – 2 days for delivery in Gauteng and approximately 3-4 days for deliveries outside of Gauteng.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I track my order?” el_id=”1459864665894-b82f7067-8407″]Once your goodies have been packaged and sent out for delivery, we will update your order with your tracking number and an email will be sent to you to let you know.
You can then visit our order tracking page here to check out the progress of your package.
Simply enter your email address and order number into the corresponding input boxes to display your tracking information.

Due to the nature of our setup, your credit card details are NEVER kept by us and is totally handled by the payment provider you choose (PayFast, Zapper, EFT etc.)
Our website is secured with a digital certificate which means any data transmitted to us via your browser is encrypted end-to-end.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Return Policy”]Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns if you haven’t yet used the products and return them in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.
If you wish, a credit note/coupon can be created for you to use on a future purchase or the full amount deposited into your account minus any additional shipping charges which may arise as a result of your return. Please get in touch with us here and let us know which option you wish to choose.
